# Quickstart

Agentic is in early access and free. These are the steps to get going.

## 1. Sign in

## 2. Create a project and an API key

Each of your customers can have their own project. API keys are scoped to your tenant and, optionally, to a single project. Create projects and keys with the HTTP API or the TypeScript SDK.

## 3. Define agents and a workflow

Agents (model profile, system prompt, tool allowlist, optional memory) and workflows (a JSON DAG of agent, condition, action and human nodes) are plain JSON, or built with the TypeScript SDK.

## 4. Trigger a run and inspect it

Trigger a run over HTTP, the SDK or MCP, then read per-node logs, token usage and tool calls for that run. A human node pauses the run until enough distinct API keys approve it.

## Manage it from your AI assistant

The Tenant Control MCP server exposes 34 tools (prefixed agentic_) for your projects, agents, workflows and runs. It uses the same API key as the HTTP API and has no separate signup.

## Good to know

- Each project has a monthly token cap (10 million tokens by default).
- Runs start from API calls. There are no scheduled or webhook triggers yet.
